Suresh K. Pandavarkallu , who hails from a tiny village Pandavarakallu, in Bantwal Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka State, knew the essentiality of providing quality education in drawing and painting, to the children, realized the importance of an organization, which in turn would result in vast improvement of the very existence of method of learning and was confident that a revolutionary change in the very thought process can be achieved by means of imparting proper educative methods. This turn led him to the decision to establish an organization with like minded enthusiasts and move forward to attain the objects. All this motivated Suresh K.
